Actual Cost of Project

Hi All,

   I  want to see the actual cost for the Project . I have assign planned cot for Project by CJ40 ,  then I am purchased raw material for project after GR I check report S_ALR_87013532 / 33 - Plan/Actual/Variance where I want to see the Planned Vs actual cost for the Project ,  but I am little confused by check report .  In report S_ALR_87013532 material cost is book under the PLAN column instead of ACTUAL column (See the attached snap  ) . So that Plan cost of Project was changed  & material cost add in Plan cost  . Also if I seen s_alr_87013542 report,cost seen under planed cost column but Actual column is blank . I want to capture actual cost for the project .
