Hi PS Experts,
I am facing an issue while executing settlement transaction (CJ88).
I have posted cost on 28 October 2014 and executing the settlement transaction (CJ88).
Actual Cost Line Report after posting cost :-
First i have use T Code. CJ88 to run settlement transaction :-
I am able to execute it successfully.
Actual Cost Line Items after executing CJ88.
Then I am assigning asset (ASSET NUMBER) to WBS Element in project builder. (CREATING SETTLEMENT RULE)
Once again running the transaction CJ88 by selecting full settlement in processing tab.
I am not able to execute it successfully. I received the above message.
One more observation i did. If i update settlement period as in the first step as 10 and start settlement transaction (CJ88). then i am able to execute it successfully. And when i check the Actual Cost Line Items report (CJI3) i am able to see the cost of wbs element as ZERO.
The below report belongs to different wbs. i have attached for reference.
Request you to let me know your advise and suggestions to fix this issue.
