Asset acquisition with WBS assignment posting in MIGO actual values not capturing

hello gurus

here is i am facing new issue on Asset Procurement .

I create a wbs element X

for that wbs element i maintianed 100 dollars budget

at the time of PO creation for Asset acquisition 60 dollars , in my PS report showing like below.

after with reference of PO , Asset acquisition in MIGO , the asset value wbs element not capturing in actual,that commitment values going to again main budget after MIGO postings , and my report showing like below

please suggest me the sollution.
