MRSS - Check START_PLANNING not work

Hello everyone

I write because I need help, I'm implementing mrs version 9.0, integrated with PS.

I have problems because the demands of PS, do not look at the Planning board.

In the transaction CJ20N the tab Customer Enhancement, the field Start Planning enter the check,

but for an unknown reason this field again unmarked at 3 seconds have entered.

This does not allow the operation through the planner.

Anyone have any idea how to resolve this error ?.
