unable to create delivery from CNS0

HI All.

Here is query.

I have a procured a material through project with procurement type (reservation + requisition for WBS element)

Now, material is procured and it is showing in reserved quantity in MMBE with account assignment as network(right click on stock -->reservation).

as per process , once I will create delivery , it will be removed from stock,

But while creating delivery through CNS0, I am not able to pick material( 0 qty available)

Please help and tell cause of it .

Any other info required let me know please
