validity of RA key

Hi ,

We have in our system a number of RA keys. During creation user wants to use RA say for example Z00099. But at the time of saving it is throwing an error "Use valid RA key ". I have checked all configuration but donot find any way to extend its validity. In edit of OKG2 validity is disabled.

Please help.
