Dear Members,
I need your comments and advise on below points related to Actual Dates for Milestone.
1. Milestone attached to network activity, will get actual date from Activity Confirmation. Am I correct?
2. If milestone attached to WBS, how milestone date will get actual date? Do we to input manually or it will be done automatically?
3. After Inputting actual date and done billing (in case of billing milestone), I can go back, and able to change actual date in same milestone. Is it std. behaviour or I am missing any config for same as I want to restrict the same.
4. In case of Activity, If activity has confirmed eg. 15th Apr 2014, milestone will get same actual date. But even same I can overwrite to any date e.g. 15 Jan 2013. System doesn't stop me of doing so. why?
Let me know your opinions on same to have a resolution for same.
