WBS BOM

I have a WBS BOM which has 4 levels.My item quantity in level 4 is 76 EA, But in STPO table it is showing as 1, What could be the reason? Based on this STPO table i have developed a report , there also it is showing 1 EA, but the customer is requesting to fetch the same 76 EA? Is there any logic behind? where i can get the sub component data?
