I want to avoid Pop up "Assign plant in HR master record"

Hello All,

I want to avoid pop up in the CAT2 which i get when i click on enter time "assign plant in hr master record"

I dont want to maintain infotype 315 as we are defaulting the values from network activity type.

Is there any way we can default the Plant to avoid that pop up any alternate to avoid the pop up will be helpfull.
