Missing Functional Location on PM order operations

Hi PS/PM gurus,

I have a query regaring the functional location field on PM order operations. I am not been able to see the functional location field on PM order operations in the test systems, I have it on development system. I have checked all the field settings and have matched the configuration in the two systems but still its missing.

Can someone please help?
