Status dependendant Settlement

Hi All,

Are there any standard system dependencies between Project System Status (not User Status) and performing settlement?

I am aware that the CLSD status cannot be set until cost is fully settled. Similarly are there any other dependencies with System Status in periodic or full settlement?

Further, can we restrict the full settlement till WBS element is in TECO status?
