Custom settlement rule for Network

Hi Experts,

we need to create a custom settlement rule, from a Network to a dedicated WBS (not that one hierarchy related to the network).

The WBS reference for which the settlement rule will point to, will be written in a custom field at Network Header.

Which is the smarter way to manage this requirement?
