Original Budget - Release Budget = Remaining Balance Amount

Dear Experts,

As per the below example, Where can I see Remaining Balance and Original Budget+Remaining Balance Values?

How the system will calculate > and < values, because my original values for  some wbs  are > and < than values.

Tried one demo with diffrenet amounts, these are the below results (screenshots).
