Hello Experts,
I am trying to configure workflows on PS Claim Notifications and General Notifications.
For Claim Notification created through tcode CLM1 I need :
1) Email in SBWP to User Responsible when Task is created
2) Email to creator when Task is completed.
Same workflow is required for General Notifications created through tcode IQS1.
I cannot understand which Task/Events to activate and where to assign Agents in OQGN1 for General Notification and which Task/Events to activate and where to assign Agents in OOCU for Claim Notification.
What ever I do the system sends email to all Agents for all activated Events.
I will very much appreciate if someone can help by mentioning the tasks/events or if someone can send a link to a document containing this process.
